Pure West-Australian Honey
Our hives are migratory meaning we move them many times throughout the year to ensure the bees have plenty to eat. This means we target different nectar sources and produce many different kinds of honey. As a result, our honeys are seasonal in nature.
Many Western Australian eucalypt honeys have potent antimicrobial activity indicated by a “Total Activity” or “TA” rating. All of our honey testing is performed by NATA accredited laboratory here in Perth, Western Australia. TA levels range from 0-10 low-medium, 10-20 moderate, 20-30 high, 30+ very high.
